We are women of God.

​

We are quiet women.
We are loud women.

​

We are mothers,
grandmothers,
godmothers,
stepmothers,
foster mothers,
and spiritual mothers.

​

We see the darkness clearly
and refuse to stand by.

We stand in the gap.

​

We are Book of Esther 4:14 women.
Women awakened to the moment we are living in.
Women who understand that silence is no longer neutral.

​

We are Saint Joan of Arc
when courage is required.
When obedience costs.
When truth must be spoken without guarantee of safety.

​

And we stand on the yes of Mary, Queen of Heaven,
who teaches us how to receive before we act,
how to trust before we understand,
how to say yes before we see the outcome.

​

We are women—
truly feminine.
Not diminished by our softness.
Not ashamed of our strength.

​

We are receptors of the good,
the true,
and the beautiful.

​

We are not perfect.
But we are available.

​

We are holy—
not by our own merit,
but because we are set apart
for divine use.

​

When called,
we go.

​

Not because we seek the battle,
but because love requires our presence.

​

We are daughters of the King.

And we were made
for such a time as this.
